Hale Protect (“we”) helps shops and everyday people with impersonation and lookalike scam fakes. This stub explains how we handle information you send us.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send so we can help:

• Name and email
• Path you chose (hunt vs. already found a fake)
• Platform, brand/name or fake URL, and optional notes
• Evidence you later share for official reports (screenshots, links, IDs as needed)

We practice data minimization: we ask for what is needed for the hunt or filing — not a broad personal dossier.

How we use it

• To reply to your inquiry and confirm scope
• To hunt lookalikes / prepare evidence packs
• To file official platform or host reports when you are on a plan that includes filing
• To watch for new fakes related to your case

How inquiries reach us

The site form posts to FormSubmit for delivery to hello@haleprotect.com. A mailto fallback is also available. We do not sell your information.

Sharing

We share case details only as needed to file official reports with platforms or hosts you authorize us to contact. We do not sell leads or lists.

Retention

We keep client files as long as needed for active work and reasonable follow-up, then reduce or delete when no longer needed. You can ask us to close a file by emailing hello@haleprotect.com.

Impersonation fence

Our service is limited to impersonation, lookalike, and scam fakes. We do not take revenge, defamation, or dislike-wipe work. We do not hack accounts.

No guaranteed wipe

Filing a report does not guarantee removal. Platforms decide. We will never promise a guaranteed wipe.
