By contacting Hale Protect or using a paid plan, you agree to these stub terms. Plans are month-to-month unless we agree otherwise in writing.
What we offer
We hunt impersonation and lookalike scam fakes, show you live fake URLs when we find them, file official platform/host reports (plan dependent), and watch for the next fake. Public plans: Watch $79/mo · Guard $149/mo · Keep $299/mo.
Impersonation fence
- In scope: impersonation, lookalike, and scam fakes on covered platforms
- Out of scope: revenge, defamation, bad-review wipe, dislike takedowns, hacking, account takeovers
No guaranteed wipe
We file official reports. Platforms decide. We do not guarantee removal, suspension, or any particular outcome. If a platform says no, we may document, refile/appeal when allowed, and continue watching — still with no wipe guarantee.
No hacking
Official channels only. We will not attempt unauthorized access, gray-hat tricks, or anything outside legitimate report paths.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate info and evidence you are authorized to share
- Confirm you are the rights-holder or an authorized representative for the name/brand involved
- Use our audience-warn / family kit materials honestly — not to harass
Billing & cancel
Plans are easy-cancel month-to-month. Stop when you want; restart if a new fake appears. Unused report slots do not roll forever unless we say so in writing.
Limitation
We are not a law firm, not law enforcement, and not the platform. Outcomes depend on third-party review. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for a given month is limited to fees you paid us for that month.
